Jefferson, Noble, Ohio, was the scene of an evening crash that occurred on January 17, 2014 at approximately 8:55 pm, reports supplied by the OSHP are that a 2013 Chevy Impala midsize car that was being driven by a 23 year old woman, Tessi H. Davis, was headed south on Interstate Route 77. The car was allegedly driven off the right side of the roadway, where it struck a guardrail, crossed the centerline and went off the left side of the roadway. She was transported by United Ambulance to Marietta Memorial, while an occupant of the car, 39 year old Penny Whealdon of Lowell, Ohio, was not injured. Pine Tree towed the car.
