A 27 year old man sustained injuries and was treated at the scene after an accident that occurred in Marysville, Union, Ohio, on January 24, 2014 at approximately 9:45 am. Reports from the OSHP are that the man was driving a 2010 Chevy CR midsize car, east on Federal Highway 33 and exited State route 31 to merge into the eastbound traffic. While he was accelerating to merge, he allegedly failed to maintain control on the patchy iced roadway. The car slid off the right side and struck an embankment and a log in the crevice. 27-7 towed the car.
