A tractor-semi crashed and caused injuries to a 52 year old man who was driving a 2003 Mitsubishi Galant midsize car on January 5, 2014 at approximately 4:36 am. Police reports are that a 2014 Freight CVC tractor-semi and the car were headed south on Interstate Route 675. The 52 year old driver of the Freight truck moved to the right lane and allegedly struck the car. The driver of the car, Matthew W. Friend and the occupant, Kevin L. Pitts, both of Dayton, Ohio were transported by Beavercreek to Soin Medical, while the driver of the truck was charged. Sandy’s towed the car.
