Speeding Pickup Overturns and Causes Injury to Three in Geauga, Ohio

Three people sustained injuries in a crash that occurred in Chardon, Geauga, Ohio, on January 5, 2014 at approximately 11:23 pm. Reports from the police are that a 2000 Ford F150 pickup was being driven by a 19 year old youth, north on Wilder Road. He allegedly drove the pickup off the right side of the roadway, where it struck a ditch and overturned. The driver and two occupants of the vehicle, Leah M. Harper 19 and Jordan D. Sage, also 19, were injured and transported by Chardon EMS to Geauga Hospital. The driver was charged with operating his vehicle without reasonable control and Hook’s towed the pickup.
