An elderly woman, was injured, treated at the scene by Napoleon Fire and Rescue and charged, following an accident in which her vehicle sideswiped another in Napoleon, Henry, Ohio, on January 12, 2014 at approximately 12:32 pm. Reports from the napoleon Police Department are that a 2012 Dodge Caravan Minivan was being driven by a 57 year old woman of Bowling Green, Ohio, Cheryl L. Young, north on Appian Avenue. She slowed to make a left turn into the driveway of 313 Appian Avenue and her vehicle was allegedly struck by a 2012 VW Passat compact car that was being driven by the elderly woman. The woman was headed north and passed on the left when the minivan was struck.
