Three people sustained injuries in an early morning crash that occurred in York, Morgan, Ohio, on December 14, 2013 at approximately 5:40 am. Police reports are that a 20 year old man was driving a 2002 Chevy Malibu midsize car, west on County Road 84. He allegedly failed to maintain control of the car and it ran off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree. The driver was injured and charged with operating his vehicle without reasonable control. Two occupants were also injured; they are Ryan M. Spankle 21, and Jody L. Bower 19. Crooksville EMS transported all three to Good Samaritan Hospital. Brock’s towed the car.
