Tomerlin of St. Mary’s, Ohio, who was transported by Mercer City Squad to JTMH. According to police reports, a 20 year old man was driving a 2011 Ford van east on Havemann Road, when he allegedly failed to maintain an assured clear distance to a 2000 Buick full-size car that was being driven by the woman. The Buick was stopped in traffic. The van struck the Buick in the rear end. An occupant of the Buick, Zachary Lee Bates, 22 was not injured. The driver of the van was charged.
