An elderly woman, 62 year old Dianne S. Hopkins of Hillsboro, Ohio, was injured in an accident that occurred in Penn, Highland, Ohio, on December 11, 2013 at approximately 8:52 am. According to police reports, the woman was driving a 2013 Chevy Cruze compact car, north on State Route 73, while a 20 year old woman was driving a 1995 Honda Accord midsize car, behind it. The driver of the Honda allegedly struck the Chevy in the rear. The elderly woman was treated at the scene and the younger woman charged.
