An elderly woman of Sunbury, Ohio, sustained injuries, was treated at the scene and then charged in an accident that occurred on Federal Highway 23 in Orange, Delaware, Ohio, at approximately 11:24 am on December 5, 2013. Reports from the ODPS are that two vehicles, a 2005 Chevy Cavalier midsize car and a 2012 Ford Explorer 2 SUV were being driven south on Federal Highway 23, when the 52 year old male driver of the SUV, Damon Cockrel, stopped in traffic. His vehicle was subsequently struck from the rear by the elderly woman who was driving the Chevy. Marh’s towed the Chevy.
