Elk, Noble, Ohio, was the scene of an early morning crash that occurred on December 21, 2013 at approximately 1:00 am, reports supplied by the OSHP are that a 1999 Chevy Ventura minivan was headed north on State Route 565, when the 18 year old driver, Dillon Gage Anderson, allegedly failed to negotiate a curve and drove the minivan off the right side of the roadway and into ditch. The vehicle then continued north and rested against a tree. The driver was treated at the scene, but left without reporting the crash. Pinetree towed the minivan.
