5 people sustained injuries in a crash that occurred in Cambridge, Guernsey, Ohio, on December 5, 2013 at approximately 12:54 pm. According to police reports, a 43 year old man was driving a 2004 Honda Civic compact car and entered State Route 209, turning left from Wal-Mart. The driver of a 1998 Ford Explorer 4 SUV, 52 year old Robert Donald Moffitt was driving east on State Route 209 in the left lane. The driver of the Honda allegedly failed to yield the right of way and pulled his vehicle in front of the SUV. The SUV struck the car and vehicles crossed the road and rested on the opposite side of the roadway. Both drivers sustained injuries, along with two occupants of the SUV, Vicky S. Moffitt 49, and Bobbie N. Moffitt 18 were all injured and transported by United EMS to SEORMC, while, Lisa Moffitt 19, was treated at the scene. Lloyd’s towed both vehicles and the driver of the Honda was charged.
