A 49-year-old woman, Cherl Arnold of Lancaster, Ohio, who was an occupant of a 2005 Chevy Malibu midsize car, was transported by Lancaster Medic 1 to Fairfield Medical, following an accident that occurred on Federal Highway 22 in Lancaster, Fairfield, Ohio, on December 5, 2013 at approximately 3:28 pm. According to reports from the OSHP, a 64-year-old man was driving a 2002 Chevy Malibu midsize car, west on Federal Highway 22 and was stopped in the left lane waiting to turn left onto South Mount Pleasant Avenue. The 47-year-old driver of a 2005 Chevy Malibu, Cheryl A. Allen was completing her turn to clear the intersection, when she collided with the 2002 Chevy Malibu.
