39 Year Old Woman Injured in Stark, OH, as SUV Strikes Guardrail

A SUV that was being driven by a 35 year old woman allegedly struck a guardrail twice and resulted in her being injured in Tuscarawas, Stark, Ohio, on December 16, 2013 at 6:29 pm. Reports from the OSHP are that the woman, Kathleen B. Luthi of Navarre, Ohio, was driving a 2012 Ford Eclipse SUV, north on State Route 241. The vehicle went left of the center of the roadway and struck a guardrail. It then went back onto the roadway and off the right side, where it struck the guardrail again. Brewster EMS transported her to Mercy Hospital. Luthi’s towed the SUV.
