A 46-year-old man, Douglas E. Bailey of Grove City, Ohio, sustained injuries and was transported by Athens County EMS to Obleness Hospital, following an accident that occurred in Carthage, Athens, Ohio on November 10, 2013 at approximately 6:00 pm. According to police reports, the man was driving a 2007 Chevy Silverado pickup west on Federal Highway 50, when he allegedly drove the vehicle off the right side of the roadway.
