Life Flight EMS transported a 37-year-old woman to UPMC on September 15, 2013 at approximately 1:22 am for injuries she sustained in a crash that occurred in Sunsbury, Monroe, Ohio. According to reports from the ODPS, the woman, Shannon L. Decker was driving a 2007 Chevrolet Impala midsize car and headed south on State Route 26. The car allegedly traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree before coming to final rest. A & S towed the car.
