25 year old Andrew F. Kestner was injured in an accident and transported by Barlow Fire & EMS to Marietta Memorial following an accident that occurred in Barlow, Washington, Ohio, on September 10, 2013 at approximately 2:45 pm. Police reports are that the man was driving a 2013 Chevy pickup south on State Route 339 and allegedly drove across the centerline. The vehicle went off the left side of the roadway, struck a ditch and a culvert before finally resting. Daren’s towed the pickup.
