Motorcycle/Ford Crashes in Lucas, OH; 24 Y-O Man Injured

A compact car and a motorcycle crashed in Monclova, Lucas, Ohio and resulted in injuries for a 24 year old man on September 3, 2013 at approximately 7:20 pm. Reports from the OSHP are that a 2008 Ford Fusion compact car was being driven by a 69 year old woman, south on Albon Road. The 24 year old man, Benjamin C. Treece of Toledo, Ohio, was driving a 2011 Harley Davidson Motorcycle, north on the same road. The driver of the Ford allegedly failed to yield the right of way while turning left into a private drive and was struck by the motorcycle. The injured man was transported by Monclova Township Fire and Rescue to St. Luke’s. AAA Towed the car and Bubba’s Diesel towed the motorcycle.
