Car Strikes Embankment, Tree, Injures 18 Y-O woman in Tuscarawas

Smith Ambulance transported an 18-year-old woman of Philadelphia, Ohio, to Union Hospital, following an accident that occurred in Goshen, Tuscarawas, Ohio, on September 11, 2013 at approximately 9:30 am. According to reports from the OSHP, a 2000 Mercury Saab full size car was being driven by the woman, west on State Route 39. She allegedly attempted to pass a vehicle on a double yellow line. The car swerved back into the right lane in an attempt avoid oncoming traffic and ran off the right side of the roadway where it struck an embankment and a tree. The young woman was charged and Rosenberry towed the car.

Those accidents, which were because of improper lane changes, were 3,823, which caused injuries.
