Two men, aged 21 and 20, respectively, sustained injuries in an accident in Jefferson, Williams, Ohio, on September 12, 2013 at approximately 11:45 pm. The other man, Simon Edward Williams, who was an occupant, was also injured and both treated at the scene. The driver was charged.
