57 Year Old Illinois Man Killed in Trumbull, Ohio, Truck Crash

A horrible early morning truck crash that occurred in Hubbard, Trumbull, Ohio, claimed the life of a 57 year old man, Barry L. Johnson of Chicago, IL, on September 11, 2013 at approximately 6:11 am. Reports from the OSHP are that the man was driving a 2005 Volvo tractor-semi east on Interstate Route 80 and allegedly drove into the median where the truck struck a guardrail and a bridge. It then continued on the bridge rail and fell off the bridge landing onto the railroad tracks beneath. The unit then caught fire. The man’s body was transported by McGonigle Ambulance to THM Morgue and Watson’s towed the truck.
