37 year old Frank J. Petkosek of Painesville, Ohio, lost his life in a motorcycle accident that occurred in Burton, Geauga, Ohio, on September 19, 2013 at approximately 10:29 pm. Police reports are that the man was driving his motorcycle west on State Route 87 and allegedly failed to safely negotiate a left curve. The motorcycle struck a curb and overturned. It continued further and struck a guardrail and a gas meter. He was transported by Burton Fire EMS to University Hospital. Hatcher’s towed the motorcycle.
