29 Year Old Man Killed in Butler, OH, Speeding Crash

An early morning crash that was allegedly caused by a 29 year old driver who exceeded the speed limit, resulted in his death in Liberty, Butler, Ohio, on September 14, 2013 at approximately 3:38 am. Reports from the OSHP are that the man, Eric B. Kirby, was driving a 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer compact car north on Interstate Route 75, when he allegedly lost control and went off the right side of the roadway. The car struck a traffic sign and overturned multiple times, traveled across the exit ramp from State Route 129 headed east to Interstate Route 75 north. The driver was ejected from the car. Liberty Township EMS pronounced him dead at the scene. A-Tech towed the car.
