A 26-year-old man of Charleston, WV, sustained injuries and was transported by Harrison EMS to Community Hospital and then charged with operating his vehicle without reasonable control, following an accident that occurred in Moorefield, Harrison, Ohio. Reports from the OSHP are that the man was driving a 2000 International Truck east on Federal Highway 22 and allegedly drove the vehicle off the right side of the roadway. The truck struck a utility pole. Westfall towed the vehicle.
