At approximately 8:30 pm on September 10, 2013, an accident occurred in Urbana, Champaign, Ohio, and resulted in injuries for a 20 year old woman, Megan M. Rogers, who was treated at the scene. Police reports are that a 52 year old man, Douglas L. Smith was driving a 2008 Dodge Charger midsize car, south on S. Kenton Street, approaching the Hill Street intersection. A 23 year old woman was driving a 2003 Honda full size car, west on Hill Street and allegedly ran the stop sign at Hill Street and South Kenton Street. Smith stopped his vehicle and was turning east on Hill Street and collided with the Honda. The driver of the Honda left the scene and was charged. The injured woman, of Degraff, Ohio, was an occupant of the Honda.
