Three Females Injured in Defiance, OH Rear End Crash

An accident, which caused injuries for three women occurred in Hicksville, Defiance, Ohio, on August 16, 2013 at approximately 12:40 in the evening. According to police reports, a 35 year old woman was driving a 2004 Chrysler Cruiser midsize car and stopped in traffic for a red light on West High Street at the intersection of Main Street. The driver of a 2008 Saturn Outlook SUV, 31 year old Karina K. Meyer of Antwerp, Ohio, was driving directly behind the Chrysler. The driver of the SUV was allegedly distracted because of her passengers and stepped off the brake. The SUV collided in the rear of the car. The 35 year old woman was treated at the scene, while 16 year old Megan Schooley and 13 year old Alli M. Schooley were taken by Hicksville EMS to Community Memorial.
