22 Year Old Man Injured in Van Wert, OH Truck Crash

A driver who failed to maintain an assured clear distance from the vehicle in front of him was allegedly the cause of a crash that occurred in Tully, Van Wert, Ohio that resulted in injuries for a 22-year-old man, Ethan Mezuk of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
