An accident, which caused injuries for two teenagers, a 17 year old girl and a 19 year old youth, Jack Harter, both of Defiance, Ohio, occurred on July 6, 2013 at approximately 3:27 pm. OSHP reported that the 17 year old girl was driving a 2002 Chevy Cavalier midsize car, south on State Route 15, while a 34 year old man, Timothy Michael Price was driving a 2005 Ford Focus sub-compact car north on the same road. The driver of the Chevy allegedly lost control of the vehicle and struck the Ford on the left side. There were 5 occupants of the Ford Focus, one sustained injuries (Harter). Both of the injured were treated at the scene by Defiance EMS 210. Integrity towed the vehicles.
