42 year old Melissa D. Keathley and a 56 year old man were involved in a crash which saw them nursing injuries on July 23, 2013 at approximately 10:45 am. Police reports state that Keathley was driving a 2011 Ford F150 pickup at the same time that the man was driving a 2013 Subaru Outback SUV, north on State Route 7. The pickup stopped for traffic and the driver of the SUV allegedly failed to maintain an assured clear distance ahead and struck the pickup in the rear. Lawrence County EMS transported the woman to St. Mary’s Hospital and treated the man at the scene. Ferris Towed the SUV.
