33 Year Old Man Injured as P/U Struck Pole in Coshocton, Ohio

A 33 year old man was injured in an early morning crash that occurred in Virginia, Coshocton, Ohio at approximately 6:16 am on July 10, 2013. Police reports are that the man was driving a 2000 Dodge Dakota pickup west on State Route 16, when he allegedly swerved to avoid striking a deer. He lost control and the pickup traveled left of the center of the roadway, where it struck a telephone pole. Coshocton EMS treated the man at the scene after which he was charged with operating his vehicle without reasonable control. An occupant of the pickup, Joe W. McMillan of Washington, PA was not injured. Ford’s towed the pickup.
