2 Women; 1 Man Injured in Wood, Ohio, Angle Crash

Two women and a man sustained injuries in an accident that occurred in Freedom, Wood, Ohio on June 7, 2013 at approximately 5:15 pm. Reports from the police are that a 37 year old woman was driving a 2011 Hyundai Sonata midsize car and stopped north on State Route 199 at Federal Highway 6. A 29 year old woman, Katey L. Minch was driving a 2006 Chevy Cobalt compact car east on Federal Highway 6. The woman allegedly failed to yield from the stop sign, turned left onto Federal Highway 6 and was struck by the Chevy. Both drivers and an occupant of the Hyundai, Matthew T. Alexander of Wayne, Ohio, sustained injuries. They were treated at the scene and the driver of the Hyundai Charged. Snyder’s towed the Hyundai and World Truck towed the Chevy.
