Celina Police Department was called to the scene of an accident that occurred on July 20, 2013 and resulted in injuries for a 16 year old girl. reports are that a 59 year old woman of Celina, Ohio, was driving a 2004 Chevy Ventura minivan and stopped south at the stop sign on North Sugar Street at West Wayne Street. The minivan was allegedly driven south into the intersection where it struck a 1997 Chrysler Sebring that was being driven by the girl, Kiarra Monae Horton. She was transported by a private car to Mercer health Center. A 12 year old occupant of the car, Mercedes N. Zeisloft was not injured. The woman was charged and Morgan’s towed the Chevy.
