An accident that occurred on State Route 81 in Liberty, Hardin, Ohio, resulted in injuries for two men, 61 year old Michael D. Dudgeon of Ada, Ohio, and a 60 year old man on May 30, 2013 at approximately 5:55 pm. Police reports are that Dudgeon was driving a 2008 Chevy SUV east on State Route 81, while a 1999 Pontiac Bonfire midsize car was being driven north on Country Road 15 by the 60 year old man. He allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign and struck the SUV. Both units slid off the left side of the road. Dudgeon was transported by Lifeflight to St. Rita’s, while the 60 year old man was treated at the scene by ADA Squad, after which he was charged. Blake’s towed both vehicles.
