Car Strikes Guardrail, 28-Year-Old Woman Injured in Lucas, Ohio

An early morning crash that occurred in Sylvania, Lucas, Ohio, occurred and left a 28 year old woman of Toledo, Ohio, injured. She was treated at the scene by Sylvania Township EMS, then charged with operating her vehicle without reasonable control. The ODPS reported that on February 20, 2013 at approximately 2:25 am, the woman was driving a 2008 Kia Rio compact car east on Interstate Route 475 in the left lane. She allegedly failed to maintain control of the vehicle and it went off the left side of the roadway and struck a guardrail. It then went off the right side and the left side again, striking guardrails as it went along. Mac & Al’s towed the car.
