A truck crash occurred in Rice, Sandusky, Ohio and resulted in injuries for a 22-year-old man, who was driving a 2005 Cadillac full-size car on May 18, 2013, at approximately 10:23 am. Reports from the Ohio State Highway Patrol is that the man was driving his car east on the Ohio Turnpike at the 88.4 mile post. He allegedly traveled onto the south berm and struck the right rear of a 2012 Freight truck that was being driven by a 37-year-old man, Frank Payton of College Park GA. The car then traveled across all three lanes of travel and off the left side of the roadway where it struck a concrete wall. The injured man was transported by Lifeflight to Mercy St. Vincent before being charged. Madison Towing removed the car.
