36 Y-O Man and Elderly Man Injured in Hamilton, Ohio, Crash

Two men, one aged 36 and the other 86 sustained injuries in a crash that occurred in Lockland, Hamilton, Ohio on May 15, 2013 at approximately 2:45 pm. According to police reports, the 36 year old man, Reman N. Deramus of Cincinnati, Ohio, was driving a 1999 Ford Taurus midsize car west on West Wyoming Avenue, while a 1992 Pontiac Grand Am midsize car was being driven by the elderly man, north on North Wayne Avenue. The driver of the Ford allegedly disregarded the red light at the intersection of both avenues and entered it. The Ford struck the Pontiac causing the Pontiac to spin. The driver of the Ford continued west on West Wyoming Avenue and drove onto a sidewalk after which it struck a building at # 609 before resting. Both drivers were transported by Medic 97 and 96, respectively, to University Hospital. The driver of the Ford was charged and Earl’s towed both vehicles.
