A 35 year old man, James R. Bobo, of Marengo, Ohio, lost his life in a crash that occurred in Bennington, Morrow, Ohio on May 25, 2013 at approximately 1:18 pm. Reports from the police are that an 18 year old youth, Howard E. Jacob of Mount Vernon, Ohio, was driving a 2003 Dodge station wagon, south on County Route 26. The man, who was a pedestrian was allegedly lying in the roadway and was struck by the car. The man was transported by Morrow County EMS to Morrow County Morgue. The car was driven from the scene.
