A 2001 Oldsmobile Alero midsize car was involved in an accident that occurred on Federal Highway 68 in Jackson, Hancock, Ohio and resulted in injuries for a 16 year old youth. Reports from the ODPS are that a 2001 Oldsmobile Alero midsize car was being driven north on Federal Highway 68 by the 16 year old youth, while a 2010 Toyota minivan was being driven by a 65 year old man, Jerry W. Duke of Findlay, Ohio, and stopped on the same road facing north, waiting to turn left onto Township Route 25. The youth allegedly failed to maintain an assured clear distance ahead and struck the minivan in the rear. The youth was treated at the scene then charged. Dick’s towed the car and R & A towed the minivan.
