Two Young Women Injured in Athens, Ohio Crash

A 73-year-old man, was charged with operating his vehicle without reasonable control in an accident that occurred in Dover, Athens, Ohio, on May 6, 2013 at approximately 9:10 am and resulted in injuries for two women aged 21 and 22 years old, respectively. Reports from the ODPS are that the man was driving a 1998 Dodge Dakota pickup west on County Route 94, when it allegedly slid off the left side of the roadway and overturned. It rested on its top. Athens City EMS transported both women, Melissa Nmi Estep 21, and Leann S. Bowen 22, both of Butchel, Ohio, to Obleness ER. Jim’s towed the pickup.
