Two Injured in Defiance, Ohio, Stop Sign Crash

On April 12, 2013 at approximately 7:40 pm an accident occurred and caused injuries to two people, a 47 year old man of Paulding, Ohio, and a 48 year old woman. Both were treated at the scene. Based on reports from the police, The 21 year old female driver of a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am midsize car allegedly failed to yield the right of way when she pulled out from a stop sign to turn left. The driver of a 2000 Chevy Ventura, 47 year old Scott L. Phillips was headed east on State Route 18 when he allegedly struck the Pontiac. Both vehicles rested in the roadway. Rick’s Wrecker towed the Pontiac.
