County Route 22 in Congress, Morrow, Ohio, was the scene of a crash that resulted in injuries for a 17-year-old girl of Fredericktown, Ohio, who was taken by Morrow County Squad to Morrow County Hospital and later charged. Reports from the ODPS are that the girl was driving a 2000 Plymouth Neon midsize car, south on County Route 22, when she allegedly drove the car off the left side of the roadway. It struck a mailbox and re-entered the roadway, overcorrected and spun around. The car was again driven off the left side where it struck a tree and overturned. Beck’s Auto wrecking towed the car.
