New Philadelphia EMS transported a 21-year-old man to Akron General following an accident that occurred in Goshen, Tuscarawas, Ohio, on April 21, 2013 at approximately 1:48 am. According to reports from the ODPS, a 2005 Scion compact car was being driven north on State Route 416 by the young man, when he allegedly failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway. The car traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck several rocks and a tree before resting on its roof.
