A 45-year-old man, Dana J. Nofer lost his life in a motorcycle crash that occurred in Liberty, Van Wert, Ohio on May 3, 2013, at approximately 11:12 pm. Reports from the Ohio State Highway Patrol are that the man was riding his motorcycle west on Willshire Ohio City Road, when, after passing Dull Robinson Road, a deer entered the roadway from the north and continued south across the road. The motorcycle allegedly struck the deer and the driver was ejected. He was transported by Brickner`s Ambulance to Van Wert City Hospital. Superior Collision towed the motorcycle.
