20-Year-Old Man Injured in Marion Stop Sign Crash

A 20-year-old man sustained injuries and was treated at the scene in a crash that occurred in Green Camp, Marion, Ohio, on April 12, 2013 at approximately 9:31 am. Police reports are that a 47 year old man of New Bloomington, Ohio, was driving a 1997 Chevy Silverado pickup, and was stopped at a stop sign, south on Township Route 55 waiting to make a left turn onto County Route 45. The 20 year old man, Enos L. Petersheim was driving a 1999 Chevy Silverado pickup east on County Route 45. The driver of the 1997 Chevy allegedly failed to yield from a stop sign and pulled into the path of the 1999 Chevy and was struck on the right front passenger side. After it was hit the 1999 Chevy ran off the right side of the roadway and into a water filled ditch.
