Motorcycle Overturns in Erie, OH Crash; 2 Injured

Traffic halted on Federal Highway 6 in Huron, Erie, Ohio, on August 11, 2013, at about 10:39 am, following a motorcycle crash that occurred and resulted in injuries for a 22-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman, Jody M. Lynch. Police reports are that a 22-year-old woman of Sandusky, Ohio, Marie Cristiona Dibarie was driving a 2000 Ford Taurus full-size car, while the young man was driving a motorcycle north on Federal Highway 6. The woman slowed for traffic and was allegedly struck by the motorcycle, which overturned and ejected both occupants. Five occupants of the Ford Taurus escaped unhurt, while the injured woman and the man were transported by Perkins EMS to Firelands Hospital.

Accidents, which occurred when it was cloudy, were 18,575 which resulted in injuries.
