A 20 year old man was injured in Brown, Paulding, Ohio, on February 19, 2014 at approximately 2:35 pm, following an accident that occurred in that city. Reports from the police are that he was driving a 1986 Chevy pickup, headed east on County Route 148 and was allegedly struck in the right rear by a 2006 Buick Lacrosse midsize car that was headed north on County Route 209. The Chevy went off the left side of the roadway, struck a stop sign and rested into a ditch. The driver of the Buick, Ned E. Beecher, was not injured. The young man was treated at the scene by Groverhill and charged. Gideon’s and J & R’s towed the vehicles.
